Extrusion is a process by which long straight products such as rods and pipes with various cross-sections can be produced continuously.
Extrusion makes it possible to lower the cost of products because it is generally high volume production type of work.
We are able to produce high-precision products with measuring the outside diameter, the temperature of the products, and the speed of the manufacturing in real time, and then feeding back the value during the extrusion process.
※Depending on shape of the products, it may be unable to produce with above-mentioned accuracy.
※Depending on shape of the products, it may be unable to produce with above-mentioned accuracy.
The extruded products can obtain following accuracy by the secondary processing.
